Achillea millefolium 'Summer Pastels'

A low-maintenance, easy to grow, long-flowering perennial that provides a mix of pastel shades throughout the summer and autumn. 

- Flat heads of pastel coloured tiny flowers, mainly ranging from deep to light pink to white, but sometimes with creamy yellow, are produced on upright, leafy stems that last for months. Regular deadheading will prolong flowering through the autumn until the first frost.  

- Feathery grey-green foliage is aromatic and soft to touch, making it a good option for sensory gardens. 

- Thrives in full sun to dappled shade, and actually prefers poorer soils, so regular feeding is not required. Very drought tolerant once established, it grows best in cottage gardens, prairie-style planting, Mediterranean gardens, rockeries, pots, and coastal gardens, and it also makes an excellent cut flower.

- The flat flower heads make a great landing platform for bees, hoverflies and butterflies.

- Height and Spread approx. 60-80cm x 40-60cm.
