A bushy, woody evergreen perennial with attractive foliage. Also known as Wormwood.
- It is most loved for its very fine, fern-like silvery leaves that are soft to touch and highly aromatic. The evergreen foliage provides year-round interest.
- It has a spreading habit, and so can cover a large enough area over time if allowed. It can be easily pruned each year to manage its size and restrict its growth.
- A stunningly vibrant plant for full sun areas, and can be kept in a pot or planted in the ground in mixed borders and raised beds where it can contrast beautifully against surrounding greens and flower colours, particularly deep blues and purples. The foliage is commonly used in flower arrangements. It is a great plant for coastal gardens too.
- Small yellow flowers which are produced in summer are insignificant overall. This plant is grown primarily as a foliage plant with year-round interest.
- Plant should be cut back hard each spring to allow for fresh new growth.
- Height and Spread approx. 60-80cm x 60-90cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
