syn. Symphyotrichum 'Little Carlow'. A late-flowering perennial that is a classic cottage garden addition and an important autumn food source for pollinators. It is one of the best varieties of Michaelmas Daisy.

- Clusters of pale lilac-blue daisy-like flowers with bright yellow centres are produced in abundance from late August until November.

- Its lush bright green foliage occurs on sturdy upright stems, which forms dense clumps beneath the flowers.

- A staple and must-have addition to any cottage garden, wildlife and coastal garden, prairie-style planting and mixed beds and borders for late-season interest. It thrives best in full sun or dappled shade, and can tolerate a wide range of garden conditions. It also makes a fantastic cut flower.

- Very impactful when used in mass planting with a mix of other contrasting perennials.

- The flowers will attract a wide range of bees, butterflies and other pollinators, as it provides an important source of pollen late in the year when many other perennials have finished flowering.

- Height and Spread approx. 80-100cm x 45-60cm.

- Supplied in a 9cm pot
