A densely-branched, upright, bushy form of Aster known for its long flowering time and good resistance to mildew.
- From late July until October/November, an abundance of lavender-blue daisy-like flowers are produced along its many branching stems, providing a mass of colour for the latter end of the flowering season.
- Its dark green foliage forms a lush background to the profuse flowers, and form a very sturdy clump that does not require staking.
- Perfect for any raised bed, mixed border, cottage-, coastal- and wildlife-garden in full sun or partial shade, while also working well in pots. It makes a fantastic cut flower too.
- Very impactful when used in mass planting with a mix of other contrasting perennials.
- The flowers will attract a wide range of bees, butterflies and other pollinators, as it provides an important source of pollen late in the year when many other perennials have finished flowering.
- Height and Spread approx. 60-90cm x 45-60cm.
