Geranium pratense 'Splish Splash'

I only recently came across this variety of Geranium, 'Splish Splash' (syn. 'Striatum'), and I instantly fell in love with its amazing flowers, and of course its funky and very appropriate name! 

 - Saucer-shaped white flowers are randomly striped, splished and splashed with lilac-blue, giving it the most unique look with each flower differing from the next. Flowers are produced from June until late August. 

- The mid-green foliage spreads as a ground cover, forming tidy compact mounds that help to supress weeds.

- Like all hardy Geraniums, it is a very resilient, low-maintenance that can be grown pretty much anywhere, but thrives best in full sun and semi-shade. It can tolerate more deeply shaded areas, however this can reduce the flowering impact. The perfect plant for pots, raised beds, cottage gardens, wildlife beds and a wide range of other garden habitats. 

- A fantastic plant for attracting bees, butterflies and a wide range of other beneficial insects. 

- Height and Spread approx. 40-60cm x 40-60cm.
