An impressive, tall, show-stopping perennial, of the Sunflower family, that forms substantial clumps of late-season colour.
- From late July until September/October, masses of radiant lemon-yellow daisy-like flowers are produced on strong, upright., branching stems, reaching heights of up to 2m. .
- Deep green leaves are produced all along the tall upright stems, forming a dense mound of foliage beneath the bright yellow flowers.
- A reliably hardy perennial for the back of your beds and borders, adding a splash of bright and cheery colour that will contrast nicely with surrounding greens and other flowering plants. Requires full sun and well-draining soil, and has good drought tolerance once established. A real prairie-style plant, that will also work in cottage gardens, coastal gardens, mixed borders, and wildlife gardens. It also makes a fantastic cut flower.
- Its flowers will attract a wide range of pollinators, particularly butterflies and bees.
- Height and Spread approx. 150-200cm x 120-150cm.
