A charming variety of Daylily with unusual, calming lavender-blue hues. A tough and resilient perennial that will perform well year-to-year with little maintenance required.
- From June until August, large lavender blue to pink trumpet flowers with a greenish yellow throat are produced on tall stems. Like all Daylilies, these typically only last 24 hours. However, also like all Daylilies, they are reliable repeat-flowerers, so there is always new flower buds ready to open to replace the blooms of the previous day. Regular deadheading will prolong its flowering period.
- The mid-green grass-like foliage forms dense clumps beneath the flowers, also adding texture to its surrounding plants.
- Suitable for any full sun or dappled shade location, Daylilys are reliable and well-known additions to cottage gardens and mixed borders. They are drought-tolerant once established, making them a suitable plant for coastal gardens and rockeries. They are also very easily grown in pots. Said to be deer and rabbit resistant.
- The flowers will attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
- Height and Spread approx. 60-90cm x 45-60cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
