A semi-evergreen to evergreen mounding perennial with slightly ruffled, colourful foliage.
- In July to August, clusters of creamy-white flower are produced on spikes which rise above the foliage.
- The foliage is its most attractive feature, with new growth first emerging copper-red to pink in colour, before maturing to a marmalade-bronze. Some leaves have a vibrant pink underside, adding further interest.
- A low-maintenance, mounding ground cover plant that grows best in shade, semi-shade or full sun, providing it is sufficiently watered. A fantastic plant for keeping in pots, as well as edging beds and borders, or for planting in amongst other perennials for colour and contrast.
- Flowers will attract a range of beneficial pollinators.
- Will retain some foliage throughout the winter, but by spring will become flopped and tired looking. The plant can be cut back in March/April, as fresh new foliage will be just starting to emerge.
- Height and Spread approx. 30-45cm x 30-45cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
