Heuchera 'XXL'

Called XXL for a reason - this variety of Coral Bells sets itself aside from other varieties due to its notably large foliage. 

- Creamy white bell-shaped flowers are produced on upright stems which rise above the foliage in July and August.

- Its impressive leaves are plum purple in colour with hints of caramel to deep forest green, topped off with a metallic sheen. The colour will change slightly throughout each season, darkening during the winter months. 

- A stunning, impactful plant suited to semi-shade or shaded areas. Particularly well suited to pots, but also looks great edging beds and borders, or for planting in amongst other perennials for fantastic, long-lasting colour and contrast. The perfect addition to jungle- and exotic-style planting.

- Flowers will attract a range of beneficial pollinator species. 

- Will retain some foliage throughout the winter, but by spring will become flopped and tired looking. The plant can be cut back in March/April, as fresh new foliage will be just starting to emerge.

- Height and Spread approx. 40-60cm x 60-80cm.
