An attractive, architectural compact form of Hosta with a tidy clumping habit.
- Spikes of lavender-purple flowers are produced from June until August.
- from March/April, the new growth emerges from the ground and unfurls into yellow-green leaves, which later develop to a light green colour. Its architectural foliage will form an attractive compact ground cover throughout summer and autumn, before it dies back with frost, into its winter dormancy.
- Grows best in semi-shade or shaded woodland-type areas, but can also be very successfully grown in pots or more full-sun positions, if protected from drought and sun scorch.
- Flowers will attract bees and other beneficial pollinators.
- Watch out for slug and snail damage, as - like most Hostas - these are always on the menu!
- Height and Spread approx. 30cm x 30cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
