Also known as 'Robert Butler', and commonly referred to as Sea Lavender. This variety of Limonium is a hardier perennial form of Statice, a very popular annual plant used in floristry.
- From late May until September, an abundance of small lavender blue flowers are produced in sprays on very branching, sturdy, wiry upright stems.
- Its leathery, spoon-shaped mid-green foliage forms compact rosettes that lie flat beneath the flowers.
- Requires a dry, full sun area with very well-draining soil. Its long flowering time, compact form and prolonged period of interest makes it a fantastic choice for pots and rockeries, coastal gardens, Mediterranean planting schemes, or for adding to the front of existing borders and raised beds. Flowers work great in both freshly cut and dried flower arrangements.
- Flowers are very attractive to a bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators.
- Height and Spread approx. 40-60cm x 40-60cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
