A compact perennial that slowly spreads via rhizomes, forming tidy attractive clumps that can be easily divided in early spring.
- Sprays of small, creamy-white star-shaped flowers are produced on upright stems in March and April.
- Its attractive maple-like, deeply lobed leaves come after the flowers have began to develop, and emerge coppery red in colour. As they mature they turn mid-green, and form an attractive carpet from mid spring until autumn. Leaves will then become a rich red, before going dormant again for the winter.
- Best suited to semi-shade and full shade areas, perfect for woodland planting, ground cover between shrubs or for shade beds.
- Height and Spread approx. 30-45cm x 30-45cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
