Phlox subulata 'Candy Stripe'

A beautiful evergreen Moss Phlox that spreads low to the ground, becoming a carpet of colour from early summer. 

- From late April until around July (and often later!), masses of dainty star-shaped white flowers striped with candy pink are produced, forming a dense ground cover that will most definitely catch the eye. 

- Its small linear dark green leaves are tough and hardy, creeping low to the ground and rooting in as it grows, making it an ideal plant for rockeries, walls and cracks in pavements. 

- Thrives best in a full sun location with well-draining soil, as it dislikes areas that get too wet, particularly in the winter months. As mentioned, it is an ideal plant for rockery gardens, but is also a fantastic plant for pots and edging raised beds, borders and paths/pavement.

- The flowers will attract a wide range of bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

- Height and Spread approx. 10-20cm x 40-60cm.
