Pulmonaria 'Ice Ballet'

A hardy, compact, low maintenance ground cover perennial for shaded areas.

- In early spring, masses of pure white flowers are produced which form a stunning carpet of colour lasting from March until June. 

- It has deep green leaves which are marbled with silver, adding further interest which can brighten up any shaded area. It is semi-evergreen, and so can often retain some foliage for the winter too. 

- Best suited to semi-shade and deep shade, while also tolerating some full sun positions providing it does not dry out too much. A stunning addition to the front of borders or planting between trees and shrubs, wildlife gardens and for shaded rockery areas. Said to be deer and rabbit resistant. 

- Its long flowering time and spring flowers are a very important food source for early season pollinators such as Bumblebees, Solitary Bees and Hoverflies. 

- Height and Spread approx. 20-30cm x 40-60cm.
