Japanese Toad Lily. A clump=forming deciduous perennial for shaded areas with the most unusual, exotic looking flowers - you wouldn't think it would be hardy for our Irish climate, but it certainly is!
- From August until October, orchid-like funnel-shaped white flowers that are heavily spotted with pinky-purple are produced in abundance.
- Its dark green foliage forms a large bushy clump, and creates a nice back drop against the flowers.
- Suitable for semi- to fully shaded areas with retentive damp soil. It can make a stunning, unusual addition to cottage gardens, mixed borders, woodland plantings, or any shaded area of the garden, even in pots! Just be sure to keep it well watered.
- A fantastic option that will benefit a wide range of pollinators.
- Height and Spread approx. 60-90cm x 60-90cm.
- Supplied in a 9cm pot
